Did some traveling to the big Chicago this week so not much in the way of art making going on. When I was in New York in January I sent out a few postcards. I added some seriously pink monsteres to said postcards. Yes, this is serious art right here. Tru tru.

I went back and re-worked some elements of the face and hair on a piece that I finished awhile back. It's really the companion piece to last week's painting. [Below is a detail of the re-worked hair.] The painting was based off an image of a doll that I'd thought was a mass-produced doll of Asian origin. It's actually a one-of-a-kind doll crafted by Nezumi. Check out her site.
 
 
If you had trouble picturing the size of the two paintings, here's a pic to show that. And here you have a closer shot of the re-touched painting.
I put a few things up on the eBay, too. Check 'em out if ya like.

I finished a painting that I started about 6 months ago now. This is acrylic, sharpie and latex on wood panel. It measures 24" x 24" in size. Blood, ewww.

Same deal as last week pretty much. A drawing done for Friday's themed drawing thing on Fecal Face.com. The theme was "I can do that!".
 
 
It's about 8.5 x 6.5 or so. Acrylic, latex, colored pencils, and sharpie on pastel paper.
